In 2022 we founded Shyft X, it was created to bring together years of corporate leadership and industry experience into a boutique consultancy with a global outlook. Behind Shyft X is 16 years in strategic business development, customer experience, and sales & operations in the downstream oil and gas sector, along with 4 years in retail banking, and experience in luxury Fashion. These roles included managing corporate projects of scale in the UAE, working alongside senior and middle management, regional specialists, and international experts.
That background shaped our mission: to help businesses achieve transformation and growth by combining real-world operational expertise with cultural intelligence and global trade connectivity.
